Strawberry Chicken Roll-Ups – A Cute Spring Finger Food
Mini roll-up sandwiches made with tender chicken breast, fresh strawberries, and grated carrot — a colorful, nutritious, and fun finger food for children aged 2 and up.

Ingredients
- 150 g chicken breast (boiled and finely shredded)
- 2 pieces whole wheat lavash or thin flatbread
- 6 pieces fresh strawberries (thinly sliced)
- 1 piece grated carrot
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (unsalted or low-salt)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice

1) Shred the boiled chicken breast into fine strands using a fork or a food processor.

2) In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, olive oil, and lemon juice together until smooth to make a spread.

3) Lay the flatbread on a flat surface and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly using a spatula.

4) Distribute the shredded chicken, grated carrot, and thinly sliced strawberries evenly on top, then sprinkle with the chopped parsley.

5) Roll the flatbread up tightly, wrap in plastic wrap, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

6) Slice the rested roll into finger-sized pieces (approximately 1–1.5 inches / 3–4 cm).
