🌱 Why is it nourishing?
The chicken offers your child quality protein, while zucchini, carrot and potato add colour, fibre and vitamins. Baked slowly in the oven, the vegetables soften into an easy-to-chew texture. The simple recipe is open to variation with seasonal vegetables and is tasty even without added salt.
