Blueberry Frozen Yogurt — A Sugar-Free, Refreshing Summer Treat for 2 Years
This refreshing treat, where plain yogurt, ripe banana and blueberries meet in the freezer, can be a gentle sugar-free option for hot summer days. Its sweetness comes only from the fruit; a creamy treat your 2-year-old can easily eat with a spoon.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Full-fat plain strained yogurt
- 1 piece Ripe banana
- 1/2 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Directions

Peel and slice the banana; wash the blueberries well.

Blend the yogurt, banana and blueberries until smooth and creamy.

Pour the mixture into small bowls or silicone moulds.

Freeze for at least 4-5 hours, preferably overnight, until firm.

Take it out of the freezer a few minutes before serving; let it soften slightly so it is not too hard, then serve with a spoon.
