This easy fritter recipe is ideal for moms in the postpartum recovery period. Packed with protein from chicken and vitamin A from carrots, it offers a lighter alternative thanks to baking. It can be eaten with one hand, prepared in advance, and stored in the fridge.
Ingredients
- 1 adet havuç (rendelenmiş)
- 200 gr tavuk göğsü (haşlanmış ve didiklenmiş)
- 1 adet yumurta

- 1/2 demet dereotu (ince kıyılmış)
- 1 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı
- Tuz, karabiber
Directions
- 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- 2
In a bowl, mix together the grated carrot, shredded chicken, egg, rolled oats, dill, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- 3
Take walnut-sized portions of the mixture, roll into balls, and gently flatten onto the tray. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown on top.
🌱 Why is it nourishing?
These fritters are rich in high-quality protein (chicken) to support postpartum tissue repair, and vitamin A (carrots) to strengthen the immune system. Rolled oats provide fiber for digestion and steady energy. Dill aids digestion and may indirectly support milk production. Baking keeps the fat content low, making them suitable for moms on a weight-loss journey.
