How many days can baby vaccination be delayed?

Standard guidelines for baby vaccinations say that: vaccinations should be done at the recommended time, but a delay of a few days (even weeks) generally does not cause the vaccine to lose its effectiveness and does not require starting over. The common pediatric view is as follows:
