🌱 Why is it nourishing?
Tahini is made from sesame seeds and contains plant-based iron and calcium; grape molasses, too, is traditionally known as an iron-rich food. This simple pairing offers a practical energy break on busy days for breastfeeding mothers. Together with whole-grain bread, it provides fiber and a longer-lasting feeling of fullness. To support the absorption of plant-based iron, you may enjoy a vitamin-C-rich fruit alongside it.
