Strawberry Whole Wheat Pancakes
Soft pancakes made with fresh spring strawberries, whole wheat flour, and honey sweetening. Perfect as finger food for children 2 years and older.

- 1 cup Whole wheat flour
- 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 whole Egg
- 0.25 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 150 grams Fresh strawberries
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Directions

1) Whisk together yogurt, egg, water, and honey in a bowl.

2) Add whole wheat flour and vanilla extract, stirring gently until just combined; the batter should be slightly lumpy.
