Date and Walnut Energy Balls — A No-Bake Snack Giving Iron and Natural Energy to Breastfeeding Mums
Made with dates, walnuts, oats and tahini, these no-bake energy balls offer a natural snack you can grab easily on the tiring days of breastfeeding. The iron and natural sweetness of dates meet the healthy fats of walnuts and a boost from tahini; prepare once and keep them in the fridge for small energy breaks throughout the day.

🌱 Why is it nourishing?
With their natural sugars and iron content, dates can be a gentle source of energy during the tiring moments of breastfeeding. Walnuts add healthy fats and plant protein, while tahini enriches the mix with calcium and iron. Rolled oats bind the texture with fibre and satisfying carbohydrates. The result is a snack that is both filling and practical to prepare.
