🌱 Why is it nourishing?
Yogurt is a dairy food that provides protein and calcium, while oats can help balance the meal with fiber and slower-releasing energy. Seasonal fruit adds natural sweetness, water and vitamins, and walnuts offer healthy fats and plant protein. With its light, balanced makeup, this bowl can be a practical meal to enjoy in measured portions on hot days.
