Baby nose hole?

Generally, the appearance of a baby's nostrils is not a cause for concern. Newborns and young babies' nostrils can be narrow and delicate, widening naturally as the baby grows. In some babies, one nostril may appear slightly narrower than the other — this is often a temporary condition and doesn't prevent the baby from breathing if the congestion isn't blocking breathing. What's really important to watch for is the buildup of mucus (snot) inside the nose; since babies must breathe through their noses, congestion can affect feeding and sleep. If there's continuous discharge from one nostril, signs of difficulty breathing while sleeping (nostril flaring), wheezing sounds, or trouble feeding, it's worth consulting a pediatrician.

In short, there's nothing to worry about, since slight asymmetry of the nostrils is very common in babies and improves over time. If your baby's breathing is easy and there's no discharge, no intervention is needed.
