Vegetable Egg Crepe — A Soft, Filling Breakfast for 2 Years
A thin, soft breakfast crepe made with grated vegetables and egg. Served cut into strips suited to little fingers.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Egg
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 2 tablespoons Finely grated zucchini or carrot
- 1 teaspoon Oil (to grease the pan)
Directions

Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk well with the milk.

Add the flour and stir until you have a smooth, pourable batter with no lumps.

Add the finely grated zucchini or carrot and stir gently.

Lightly grease the pan and heat over low heat; spread the batter in a thin layer.

When the underside is lightly golden, turn carefully and cook the other side.

Once the crepe has cooled to lukewarm, cut into thin strips suited to little fingers and serve; make sure your child eats seated and under supervision.
