🌱 Why is it nourishing?

With beta-carotene (a precursor of vitamin A) and fiber, apricot can add a colorful contribution to your baby's nutrition during this period. Its soft, smooth texture is a gentle option for little ones meeting the spoon for the first time. Thanks to its natural sweetness, it offers a pleasant taste with nothing extra added, and its fiber content may support the digestive system.

Maiyko's note

At Maiyko, we value simplicity in your baby's first tastes; when possible, choose fully ripe, soft, organic apricots, and if the consistency feels thick you can thin it with a little warm boiled water. Choosing GOTS-certified organic cotton for our bibs is part of the same care.
