Yogurt-Cucumber Dip With Soft Veggie Sticks — A Refreshing Snack for 2+ Years
A cooling, creamy yogurt dip and soft veggie sticks for children aged 2 and up on hot summer days. A refreshing finger-food snack.

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons Strained yogurt
- 0.5 piece Fresh cucumber (grated)
- 1 dessert spoon Fresh dill (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 piece Carrot (steamed until soft, thin sticks)
- 0.5 piece Cucumber (peeled, thin sticks)
Directions

Put the strained yogurt in a bowl; lightly squeeze the liquid from the grated cucumber and add it to the yogurt.

Add the dill and a few drops of extra virgin olive oil and stir until you have a smooth dip.

Steam the carrot until soft and, once cooled, cut it into thin sticks your child can hold.

Peel the cucumber and cut it into thin, soft sticks.

Serve the veggie sticks alongside the dip; offer them in small bites while your child is seated and under your supervision.
