🌱 Why is it nourishing?
Oats provide filling fiber and slow-release carbohydrates, which can offer balanced energy support on busy days. Figs add natural sweetness and fiber, while walnuts contribute plant-based fats and protein. A warm bowl of porridge is a practical meal traditionally favored during the breastfeeding period.
Maiyko's note
If you would like it sweeter, lean on the natural sweetness of the figs instead of sugar, and adjust the walnuts up or down to your taste.
