🌱 Why is it nourishing?
Oats (beta-glucan) may support milk production through a galactagogue effect; however, hydration and frequent nursing remain the most powerful drivers of milk supply — evidence is limited. Almonds provide magnesium and healthy fats, helping ease muscle and nerve fatigue. Strawberries are rich in vitamin C, which boosts iron absorption and strengthens immunity. The fiber in oats helps prevent constipation, while protein supports tissue repair and recovery. Easy to fit into your morning routine as a breastfeeding mom; aligns with a daily goal of ,–, kcal.
