Strawberry Oat Balls – A Spring Snack for Little Hands
These soft balls made with fresh strawberries and rolled oats are the perfect finger food for children aged 2 and up. Sugar-free, nutritious, and colorful!

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats (fine)
- 6-7 pieces fresh strawberries
- 1 piece banana
- 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 3 tbsp shredded coconut (unsalted)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp olive oil

1) Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and pat them thoroughly dry with a paper towel. Chop into small pieces.

2) Peel the banana and mash it with a fork until smooth.

3) In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, mashed banana, whole wheat flour, and cinnamon, then mix with a wooden spoon.

4) Add the olive oil and chopped strawberries to the mixture; knead gently until a dough-like consistency forms. If it is too soft, you can add 1 more tablespoon of flour.

5) Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

6) Break off walnut-sized portions and roll them into balls with your palms. Roll them in shredded coconut to coat.
