🌱 Why is it nourishing?
The beta-carotene in carrots converts to vitamin A in the body, supporting eye development and a healthy immune system. Pear is rich in fibre that aids digestion, helping to nurture your baby's still-maturing gut health. Together they offer natural sweetness — no added sugar needed, making them ideal for developing little taste buds. The potassium in carrots supports heart health and muscle development, which is important for motor skills at this stage. One colour, one texture: simplicity and safety first when introducing new foods to beginners.
